I aim to post your purchase/s within 24 hrs of receiving your CLEARED payment.
Monday-Friday(except Bank Holidays).
Please note all orders are delivered by Royal Mail and require a SIGNATURE.
Allow approximately up to 7 working days for delivery (UK Only).
This service offers no insurance but your parcel can be tracked. We always ask for a Certificate of Posting.
Please contact me (via Contact page) for prices of postage for International Orders before purchasing, so I can work out the Shipping Costs. Thank You.
All International Customers will be liable for customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country and also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.
Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund EARRINGS due to hygiene reasons.
We hope that you will be Happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased do not hesitate to get in touch.
Refunds will be given for Returns that are unworn/unused and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be only given for the price of the item purchased.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returns that go missing in the post, therefore for your own protection, we suggest you return any unwanted items by Registered/Signed for post.
Refunds will be issued in the payment form you chose to pay for the items (PayPal).
