Handmade by Zenia will do it's best to describe, include images and measurements as accurately as possible. However, please note that some images may be larger than the actual size of the item. This is because we can show you more detail of the piece. For the measurements of the item please refer to the product descriptions.
Whilst we make every effort to present colour as accurately as possible, due to the nature of glass, especially Dichroic glass, each piece can transmit and reflect several colours, this makes it difficult to photograph the true colours and therefore pieces may vary slightly in colour to the picture. Furthermore, the image colours can also vary depending on your monitors display capabilities.

PLACING AN ORDER
To order a item simply click "Add to Cart" button. When you are happy with your selection click on the "Checkout" button and follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase.
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which will result in a binding contract. No contract of sale between Handmade by Zenia and you exists until full payment via PayPal has been accepted and all funds cleared.

PAYMENT
We currently use PayPal to process payments. A PayPal account is not required, you can still pay via PayPal by using a credit or debit card, because your payments are made through PayPal, Handmade by Zenia will not have access to your card details. All Prices are in Sterling.

PRICES
We reserve the right to alter prices at anytime, this includes postage too.

TAX CHARGES
We are not registered for VAT so VAT is not charged. The prices you see with the product are the prices you will pay.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Postage Is FREE (UK ONLY) and sent by Recorded Signed For ™ with Royal Mail.
We aim to post your purchase/s within 24 hrs of receiving your CLEARED payment.
Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays).
PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL AND REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
ALLOW APPROXIMATELY UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY (UK ONLY).
This service offers no insurance but your parcel can be tracked. I always ask for a Certificate of Posting.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact us for prices of postage for international orders before purchasing. All international customers will be liable for customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country and also responsible for any returns fees if a package is refused.

PACKAGING
Items are carefully and lovingly packaged in a gift box and posted securely.

RETURNS
Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased do not hesitate to get in touch.

Refunds will be given for returns that are unworn/un-used and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be only given for the price of the item purchased.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returns that go missing in the post, therefore for your own protection, we suggest you return any unwanted items by registered/signed for post.

Refunds will be issued in the payment form you chose to pay for the items (PayPal).
